One of our most important quality objectives is therefore customer satisfaction. We consider maintaining and further developing our company's reputation and success by guaranteeing efficiency, reliability and high quality as being essential.
Our quality and environmental management system is composed of the quality and environmental policy, the quality and environmental objectives, and their documentation, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement in the company.
Implementation of the quality and environmental management system in practice is done though the internal process and work instructions, in which context maintenance and continuous improvement are ensured by internal audits.
The certification audit by the firm of SWISO GmbH ensures that our quality and environmental management system fulfils the statutory requirements of the aforementioned norms. Monitoring and repeat audits are further used to prove and to maintain effectivity.
The last re-certification and adaptation to the new norms according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 took place in October 2017.
