Your area of responsibility
Overall management of the team (planner/project/construction manager)
Winning new construction and renovation projects in the Northwestern Switzerland region
Preparing project ideas and offers, cost calculations, contracts
First contact person towards clients, partners, authorities as well as the companies involved in the project within the scope of the assigned tasks
Ensuring the project target in terms of quality, costs and deadlines incl. risk assessment
Close cooperation with the CFO on management / finance / HR issues
Maintaining relationships and contacts, participating in networking events
Your profile
University degree in architecture/construction management/business administration and several years of professional experience
Sound project management experience of new buildings and conversions
Very good negotiating skills with strong communication skills
Experienced team player
Proactive and self-motivated personality with a winning demeanor
Ready for the next step as an entrepreneur
Knowledgeable about the local scene (BS/BL)
