Preparation of position papers and arguments in close cooperation with Interpharma member companies
Commissioning, monitoring, and evaluating external studies and analyses
Planning, coordination, and implementation of political communication campaigns
Close coordination with the internal public affairs and communications team for targeted political outreach
Preparation of content for political decision-makers, the media, and relevant stakeholders
Networking of internal and external stakeholders (members, agencies, politicians, associations)
Ongoing monitoring of the political environment and early identification of the need for action
Your profile
University degree in political science, economics, journalism, marketing/communication, or comparable field
Several years of experience in managing political campaigns or referendum campaigns in Switzerland
Proven experience in public affairs/governmental affairs
Highly self-motivated, independent, and capable of getting things done—more than «just a job»
Strategic thinking paired with operational excellence and a winning mentality
You want to be in the driver's seat and take responsibility for impact and results.
Experience from agencies, political organizations, or associations (e.g., economiesuisse, Swiss Farmers' Union, party secretariat, etc.)

The next two years will see key political decisions being made at both national and European level. As campaign manager, you will assume overall strategic responsibility for political campaigns focusing on the framework conditions for innovative medicines, fair pricing, and Switzerland's importance as a leading pharmaceutical and research location.
They do not primarily work on the front line, but pull the strings behind the scenes: they set the agenda, identify relevant issues, orchestrate stakeholders, and ensure that campaigns are precisely planned, effectively implemented, and politically anchored.
