Overall strategic and operational responsibility for the Operations division
Personnel and technical management of the Procurement, AVOR, Production and Filling and Logistics departments
Further development of operational processes to increase delivery capability and optimize production stability
Accompanying transfer projects to the location
Responsibility for processing customer orders on time and within budget while complying with quality and GMP regulations
Implementing lean management initiatives in collaboration with employees on the store floor
Your profile
Completed scientific studies, ideally in chemistry, pharmacy or pharmaceutical technology
Several years of experience in a similar function with a focus on operations/manufacturing in a GMP environment
Good knowledge of the contract manufacturing of pharmaceutical end products
Experienced leader who enjoys strategic and operational tasks
You are characterized by strong communication skills, self-motivation and the desire to make a difference
Very good knowledge of German and English
