Your area of responsibility
Strategic and operational management of the global customer service division
Establishment and expansion of international service and after-sales structures as part of our company growth
Development and implementation of global service and after-sales strategies
Further development of our international service portfolio
Development and support of international service partners and networks
Responsibility for service quality, customer satisfaction, budget and KPIs
Management and further development of subordinate teams and managers
Close cooperation with sales, development, production and other internal departments
Representation of our company at customers, partners and international events
Your profile
Basic technical training with further training in business administration or comparable qualification
Several years of management experience in customer service, after-sales or service management
Experience in an international environment as well as in the establishment and further development of service organizations
Entrepreneurial thinking and strong customer and solution orientation
Strategic, analytical and structured way of working
High level of communication and leadership skills
Business fluent in German and English
Willingness to travel internationally, approx. 30%
