Technical and personnel management of the Process Technology department
Planning and organization of sampling and process optimization
Definition and documentation of process parameters and process windows
Carrying out tests, feasibility studies and process validations
Support in the development of tool concepts as well as machine and material evaluations
Collaboration on standardization projects in the areas of tools, machines and peripherals
Technical support for the production departments
Shared responsibility for the training of apprentices
Maintenance and further development of the material database
Your profile
Completed training as a plastics technologist EFZ or comparable qualification
Further training as a technician or engineer (HF/FH) an advantage
Several years of professional experience in injection molding and process technology
Management experience and a strong understanding of processes and quality
Analytical thinking, solution-oriented action and enjoyment of teamwork
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex topics in an understandable way
