Your profile
Completed studies (Bachelor's/Master's degree) in business, business psychology or similar
Initial experience in the areas of online marketing/recruiting/active sourcing
You have a passion for social media and understand how to find and target the right community for appropriate situations.
Organized and communicative personality, you find it easy to seek daily contact with candidates
Motivation and ambition to deliver high quality solutions and results
Fluent German and English skills are essential
