Operations & Administration Specialist 100% (m/f)
Your area of responsibility
Responsible for customer order processing (entering orders, creating order confirmations and pro forma invoices)
Monitoring supplier orders, including checking deadline and price confirmations
Applying for specific licenses from Swissmedic
Execute weekly vendor payments and monitor incoming payments including dunning process
Managing the digital filing of quality certificates from customers and suppliers
Master data, document and dossier maintenance in the ERP system
Internal communication and coordination with sales, purchasing, logistics, quality management and management
General administrative tasks as well as telephone and reception support
Your profile
Basic commercial training with experience in order processing in international trade (import/export) and a good flair for figures
Industry knowledge in the pharmaceutical sector an advantage
Business fluent in written and spoken German and English, knowledge of Spanish an advantage
Confident handling of ERP systems
Precise, independent and proactive way of working
