Your area of responsibility
  • Responsible for customer order processing (entering orders, creating order confirmations and pro forma invoices)
  • Monitoring supplier orders, including checking deadline and price confirmations 
  • Applying for specific licenses from Swissmedic
  • Execute weekly vendor payments and monitor incoming payments including dunning process
  • Managing the digital filing of quality certificates from customers and suppliers
  • Master data, document and dossier maintenance in the ERP system
  • Internal communication and coordination with sales, purchasing, logistics, quality management and management
  • General administrative tasks as well as telephone and reception support

Your profile
  • Basic commercial training with experience in order processing in international trade (import/export) and a good flair for figures
  • Industry knowledge in the pharmaceutical sector an advantage
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English, knowledge of Spanish an advantage
  • Confident handling of ERP systems
  • Precise, independent and proactive way of working
  • Enjoy international contacts and a pronounced service orientation - even in hectic times
  • Team player who feels at home in a small but excellent team
