Programming of measuring programs for 3D measuring machines, in particular on Wenzel measuring systems (Quartis).
Performing 3D measurements with coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
Initial sample inspections, interim inspections, and final inspections
Support with further tests, such as surface structure, magnetic tests, and other measuring equipment
Creation, review, and evaluation of measurement reports
Responsible for monitoring measuring equipment and setting up, maintaining and organizing the 3D measuring room
Training and support for other employees in measurement technology and production
Your profile
Completed technical training (e.g., measurement technician, industrial mechanic, toolmaker, or similar)
Sound knowledge of programming and defining measuring strategies on 3D measuring machines, ideally Wenzel (Quartis)
Experience with Zeiss measuring systems and measuring software an advantage
Confident handling of technical drawings and 3D CAD data
Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Enjoy working in an international corporate environment
Good command of written and spoken English.
