Management and further development of a production team of around 12 people (incl. production planners, mechanics).
Responsibility for production planning, process optimization and the efficient use of production facilities
Continuous improvement of set-up times and work processes to increase efficiency
Ensuring compliance with quality, cost and deadline specifications
Establishment and implementation of a stable two-tier structure
Support with customer audits and certifications (FSSC, Halal, Kosher)
Responsibility for inventory management and batch management in SAP
Your profile
Completed training in the food sector, e.g. cook, baker, butcher or food technologist
Several years of professional experience in food production, ideally in the processing of oils and fats (chocolate production, industrial bakery)
Good knowledge of HACCP, FSSC and other food law standards
Management experience and expertise in training and developing employees
High level of implementation skills, hands-on mentality and creative drive
Confident handling of ERP/SAP systems
Very good knowledge of German (English an advantage)
