Your area of responsibility
Responsible for a diverse real estate portfolio in the region of Northwestern Switzerland
Efficient and quality-conscious property management, together with your assistant
Acceptance and handover of rental properties for first-time leases and re-leases, incl. contract management
Planning and conducting condominium owners' meetings and implementing the resulting resolutions
Personal and written contacts with owners, tenants, authorities, tradesmen, etc.
Coaching, supporting and guiding the assistant
Ensuring a well-functioning deputy head of department and close cooperation with the entire team
Your profile
Several years of professional experience as a real estate manager with further training to obtain a federal certificate
Experience in the area of condominium and co-ownership
Experienced with MS-Office and operating systems
Confident, pleasant and well-groomed appearance as well as negotiating skills in dealing with owners, tenants, janitors, etc.
Entrepreneurial, proactive action and thinking with a healthy dose of ambition and assertiveness
Motivating, enthusiastic and team-oriented leader personality
