Your area of responsibility
Actively maintaining and developing existing customer relationships
Identifying and acquiring new customers in defined target markets, travel activity 20 - 40%
Conducting price and contract negotiations
Responsible for quotations and contracts
Developing and implementing sales strategies and annual targets in consultation with the CSO
Collaboration with engineering, purchasing, and project management to develop feasibility and solutions
Planning, implementation, and monitoring of sales and marketing activities
Responsible for forecasts and achieving sales/margin targets
Management and deputy duties: Leading, developing, and motivating the internal sales team and acting as deputy to the CSO
Your profile
Technical training and further training at business management level in the areas of sales and marketing
Experience in international sales and contract management
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, as well as in building customer relationships and sales partnerships
Customer-oriented thinking and acting
Initial experience in leading a team
Business fluent in German and English, other languages are an advantage, especially Spanish
Dynamic, enthusiastic, and engaging team player
