Sales Manager with responsibility for internal sales 80 – 100%

Your area of responsibility
  • Actively maintaining and developing existing customer relationships
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers in defined target markets, travel activity 20 - 40%
  • Conducting price and contract negotiations
  • Responsible for quotations and contracts
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies and annual targets in consultation with the CSO
  • Collaboration with engineering, purchasing, and project management to develop feasibility and solutions
  • Planning, implementation, and monitoring of sales and marketing activities
  • Responsible for forecasts and achieving sales/margin targets
  • Management and deputy duties: Leading, developing, and motivating the internal sales team and acting as deputy to the CSO

Your profile
  • Technical training and further training at business management level in the areas of sales and marketing
  • Experience in international sales and contract management
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, as well as in building customer relationships and sales partnerships
  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting
  • Initial experience in leading a team
  • Business fluent in German and English, other languages are an advantage, especially Spanish
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, and engaging team player
