Strategic and operational responsibility for the entire recruiting process
Development and implementation of digital sourcing strategies using state-of-the-art tools, platforms and AI-supported solutions
Optimization of the candidate journey through data-based approaches and continuous process improvements
Close cooperation with consultants for the targeted filling of top-level positions
Monitoring & reporting of relevant KPIs as well as market and target group analyses to derive strategic measures
Development and maintenance of a sustainable talent intelligence network and strategic talent relationship management
Your profile
Several years of experience as a (senior) recruiter
Completed degree or vocational training with practical experience
Strong analytical and strategic mindset with a high affinity for digital trends and innovations
High level of self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Experience in building candidate pipelines and talent intelligence
