Implementation of planning, budgeting and controlling processes in the company
Implementation of liquidity planning and preparation of forecasts and multi-year plans
Responsibility for controlling and reporting the development budget, funding and European grants
Synchronization of accounting, controlling and reporting as well as automation of processes
Preparation of reports and evaluations for shareholders and management
Processing payroll accounting and social insurance
Collaboration on projects such as VAT accruals and deferrals, currency reconciliations and financing
Your profile
Degree in business administration (university/university of applied sciences) with a specialization in finance and accounting or qualification as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal certificate and/or expert in accounting and controlling
Several years of professional experience in the areas of finance, controlling and accounting as well as sound knowledge of financial reporting and planning
Structured and precise way of working, proactive approach and willingness to take on responsibility
Fluency in written and spoken German and English
Flexible and committed personality with a strong hands-on mentality
