The present version comes into force as of 25.05.2018 and applies to both Batterman Consulting Basel AG® as well as Batterman Consulting Zürich AG® (both hereinafter referred to as Batterman Consulting).

By accepting our data protection provisions, you agree that your personal data, which you have provided to us in connection with an application, may be stored, processed and disclosed to third parties in Germany and abroad for the purpose of personnel leasing and/or personnel placement during the placement procedure and beyond the end of the specific placement procedure. These third parties are, among others, companies affiliated with Batterman Consulting, service providers who provide and operate the IT applications used, as well as other companies involved in the necessary processes of providing the contractual services of Batterman Consulting (e.g. payment service providers). In this respect, you agree that your data may also be transferred to countries where there is no adequate level of data protection. If you have provided "special categories of personal data" in accordance with Art. 9 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation in connection with your application (e.g. a photo that reveals ethnic origin, information about severely disabled characteristics, etc.), your consent also relates to this data. Persons who proactively send us their application documents by e-mail agree to our data protection provisions.

In case of successful placement or signing of the contract, you agree to send us a copy of the signed employment contract via e-mail to basel@batterman.com to send.

You agree that Batterman Consulting may send newsletters to the e-mail address you have provided. In particular, this newsletter will contain information about job offers that may be of interest to you.

Privacy policy of Batterman Consulting with regard to its business partners
