Your area of responsibility
Working on a wide range of projects both as part of a team and independently, from the pre-project phase through to implementation
Conducting feasibility studies and participating in competitions
Creation and organization of planning principles and management of CAD models and files
Analysis of preliminary projects to identify technical challenges
Coordination and creation of tender and execution plans
Development of detailed plans and implementation of variant studies
Close cooperation with the site management
Your profile
You have a degree in architecture (architect ETH or FH or equivalent) and have already gained extensive experience as an architect
Excellent knowledge of ArchiCAD, possibly also Revit, 3D / BIM
Confident presentation to clients, companies and authorities
In-depth knowledge of the Swiss construction industry and its laws
Independent working style, winning and convincing communication and presentation skills
