Ongoing monitoring of quality on the construction site, deadlines and costs
Contact person and solution finder for deviations
Checking offers, conducting the corresponding negotiations up to the award application and maintaining contacts with authorities and contractors
Your profile
Training as a structural draughtsman with further training as a qualified site manager HF or technician TS
At least 3 years of professional experience as a project manager in construction management
Planning talent
Self-initiated and independent with a convincing and winning demeanor
Cooperative team player for clients, authorities and colleagues
Versed in Office programs and Messerli construction administration
Fluent written and spoken German
