Your area of responsibility
Technical and personnel management of all specialist departments
Daily production tours and close exchange with production and packaging teams
Coordination of orders and production requirements with internal departments
General monitoring of compliance with specifications and quality standards
Responsible for BRC/IFS quality audits and other audits for the company
Coordination of the introduction of new products
Ensuring successful cooperation between all departments from incoming raw materials to outgoing goods
Optimization of operating processes
Your profile
Completed higher technical education in the field of technology, food technology or food engineering
Several years of professional experience in the management of a production plant within the food industry
Written and spoken German and English
Sound understanding and comprehensive expertise in the entire supply chain, including planning, procurement, production and distribution
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
