Business Development Manager (m/f)

Your area of responsibility
  • Market & business development: Analysis of new market potential, identification of relevant target customers and active generation of new business opportunities in the MedTech environment.
  • Customer management: establishing, maintaining and developing long-term customer relationships based on partnership.
  • Project and proposal management: development of customer-specific solutions, coordination of internal stakeholders and support of projects through to successful completion.
  • Representation & Networking: Representing the company at trade fairs, industry events and with decision-makers.
  • Economic responsibility: Ensuring the profitability of existing products, including price review, recalculation and optimization measures.
  • Customer service & quality: Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and professional handling of complaints in close coordination with the internal teams.


Your profile
  • Completed basic technical training (plastic injection molding, toolmaking or MedTech) with further training in sales or business development.
  • Experience in technical customer consulting, ideally in plastic injection molding or in medical technology industries.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking combined with a strong technical understanding.
  • Convincing communication and negotiation skills in German and English; other languages an advantage.
  • High customer orientation, pronounced empathy and strong networking skills.
  • Confident appearance at all hierarchical levels.

Our customer

We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager for an innovative industrial company with an international focus and a modern production site in Switzerland.
In this position, you will have strategic and operational responsibility for the further development of the Medical Technology division. You will analyze market potential, define target customers, develop sustainable customer relationships and accompany projects from the initial idea through to series production. You will act as a connecting, entrepreneurial interface between customers and internal departments and make a significant contribution to business growth.
