Your area of responsibility
Targeted identification and approach of managers and specialists
Development and maintenance of new and existing customers through individual advice
Presenting our service portfolio to customers on site and conducting sales talks
Advising companies on optimal recruitment strategies
Leading and handling the projects until successful completion
Building and maintaining a comprehensive network of talent and clients
Carrying out market analyses and observing trends in the executive search sector
Close cooperation with recruiters and consultants
Your profile
Completed university degree, ideally in the field of economics or social sciences
Many years of experience in personnel consulting and/or executive search, preferably with a focus on management level
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Sound knowledge of talent management and employee branding
Analytical thinking, strategic orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
Team orientation and a proactive way of working
