Consultant Interim Search Finance (m/f)
Your area of responsibility
Supporting existing clients and acquiring new clients and orders for interim positions for specialists and managers in the area of finance (fiduciary services)
Identifying, approaching and recruiting new candidates from the field of finance (fiduciary services)
Creation of a comprehensive database and support for candidates throughout the entire work-life cycle
Presenting our service portfolio to customers
Managing the entire consulting and placement process through to contract negotiations and successful conclusion
Carrying out market analyses and observing trends in the finance sector
Close cooperation and regular exchange with your colleagues
Your profile
Completed university degree in business administration or finance/controlling with professional practical experience, preferably in fiduciary services
Several years of experience in personnel consulting for specialists and executives in interim search
Enthusiastic and service-oriented personality
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Strong self-motivation, structured approach and personal responsibility
High affinity and interest in digital trends and technology topics such as AI, GenAI etc.
