Technical advice and application support for existing and new customers in pathology with a focus on immunohistochemistry
Analysis and optimization of laboratory workflows and support in the adaptation of protocols
Support and troubleshooting for application-specific questions
Planning, preparation and implementation of product demonstrations and user training on site
Accompanying device deliveries including installation and configuration of the systems
Testing new products before market launch and participating in specialist congresses and trade fairs
Close cooperation with the sales team and maintenance of customer data in the CRM system
Your profile
Completed training as a biomedical analyst (BMA) or studies in the field of biology/biotechnology
Sound practical experience in immunohistochemistry, especially in dealing with antibodies and staining methods
Understanding of routine laboratory procedures; experience in clinical diagnostics an advantage
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working with a high level of personal responsibility
Strong communicator who enjoys customer contact and has a confident manner
Business fluent German and good English skills for international product training
Technical affinity and willingness to travel within Switzerland (approx. 3 days/week in the field)
