Your area of responsibility
Direct management and supervision of all aspects of the finance and accounting functions
Strategic partnership with the Management Board and the Supervisory Board
Ensuring the quality and timelines of all planning, forecasting, budgeting and reporting processes in various regions
Ensuring compliance with financial, legal and tax policies and procedures
Effective management of liquidity and working capital performance for the Group
Maintaining relationships with banking partners and financial institutions
Management of financial transformation and integration initiatives
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations through effective internal controls
Your profile
Degree in business administration, finance or a related discipline; MBA or CPA an advantage
At least 10 years' experience in senior financial positions, preferably in the logistics/forwarding sector
Ideally professional experience in an international working environment
Very good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of French is an advantage
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
