Group CFO (Finance / HR), Member of the Executive Board
Your area of responsibility
Strategic and operational management of the Finance and Human Resources departments within the entire group of companies
Overall responsibility for finance, controlling, taxes, risk management and compliance at Group level
Preparation of forecasts, budgets, rolling financial plans, monthly/quarterly and annual financial statements, liquidity management
Responsibility for bank guarantees and managing letter of credit-related processes
Further development of digitization and controlling for proactive corporate management and for the development of decision-making bases for management
Responsible for insurance management and all tax matters including international tax issues
Development and ongoing adaptation of structures and processes such as accounting, dunning, etc. in the Finance and HR department (incl. personnel management)
Your profile
Completed business studies with a focus on finance/controlling
At least 5 years of experience as CFO in a manufacturing and international industrial environment
Very good knowledge of financial planning, reporting and controlling, good knowledge of HR, IT and digitalization topics
High sense of responsibility, initiative and loyalty
Leadership qualities and ability to develop employees
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
German as mother tongue and business fluent in written and spoken English
