Head Active Sourcing & Digital Manager
Your area of responsibility
Management & further development of the active sourcing team: management, coaching and expansion of a highly qualified team of sourcing specialists
Strategic and operational responsibility for the entire active sourcing process in the area of executive search - from market analysis to direct approach at C-level
Development and implementation of digital sourcing strategies using state-of-the-art tools, platforms and AI-supported solutions
Optimization of the candidate journey through data-based approaches and continuous process improvements
Close cooperation with consultants for the targeted filling of top-level positions
Monitoring & reporting of relevant KPIs as well as market and target group analyses to derive strategic measures
Development and maintenance of a sustainable talent intelligence network and strategic talent relationship management
Your profile
Several years of experience in executive search or professional active sourcing - ideally in a leadership environment
Sound know-how in the field of digital recruiting strategies, tools and platforms (XING TalentManager, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, Boolean Search etc.)
Strong analytical and strategic mindset with a high affinity for digital trends and innovations
Management experience or strong leadership skills - both technical and methodical
High level of self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking and top quality standards
Excellent communication skills in German and English - confident at C-level
Experience in building candidate pipelines and talent intelligence is a plus
