Your area of responsibility
Personal and professional management of a team of 8 employees
Continuous development of the digital accounting strategy in line with new technologies and best practices
Implementation of new processes, streamlining of current processes
Preparation of annual financial statements and preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements in accordance with HGB
Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and GOB guidelines in accordance with HGB
Preparation and submission of VAT returns in accordance with the statutory provisions for Germany, Switzerland and the OSS procedure
Fulfillment of reporting obligations in the area of statistical reporting in foreign trade
Responsible for carrying out the inventory valuation
Training employees in the use of new technologies and processes
Your profile
Completed commercial training or completed studies with a focus on finance
Several years of experience in financial accounting, ideally in a managerial position
Experience in the implementation and realization of digital accounting processes
Confident handling of common accounting software, experience with DATEV an advantage
Fluent written and spoken German
Independent and structured way of working
