Your area of responsibility
Responsible for monthly and annual financial statements (local OR/group IFRS)
Supporting the Accounting Manager in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Responsible for the budgeting and planning process including investment and medium-term planning
Responsible for internal regulations in the area of finance (expenses, leasing, etc.) and ensuring compliance with them
Process optimization based on key figures
Responsible for correct cost center accounting
Marketing support in the area of controlling
Preparation and presentation of ad-hoc analyses for management
Contact person for accounts payable
Deputizing for the Accounting Manager in day-to-day business in his absence
Your profile
Completed studies with a focus on finance (controlling) or corresponding training and further education
Experience in an SME environment
Confident with SAP and MS Office
Safe handling of tax laws
Quick comprehension and good analytical and conceptual skills
Flexible and communicative personality as well as a reliable, independent and proactive way of working
Convincing team player with assertiveness and high social competence
Fluency in German, knowledge of English an advantage
