Taking over the personnel and technical management of the formulation department with approx. 40 employees in 3-shift operation and promoting team maturity through targeted development measures
Responsibility for compliance with GMP regulations and GMP-compliant documentation
Preparation, support and follow-up of customer audits and inspections by authorities
Achieving the set sales and return targets for the formulation department while adhering to quality and delivery time targets
Technical evaluation of formulation processes and materials in the process development of new products, technology transfers and process or product changes
Participation in the optimization of existing production processes and implementation of lean management methods
Significant support in the strategic procurement and successful introduction of new production systems and components
Direct report to the person with overall responsibility for pharmaceutical production
Your profile
Completed studies (pharmacy or completed basic training and specialist further training in the pharmaceutical sector)
Experience in the formulation of solid dosage forms
Several years of demonstrably successful management experience
Authentic, passionate and empathetic leader with strong communication skills
Willingness to shape things and the courage to actively optimize processes and structures and drive new things forward
Solution-oriented and analytical way of thinking and very good coordination and organizational skills
Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, production planning tools and SAP knowledge an advantage
