Your area of responsibility
  • Management of the entire HR processes along the employee life cycle from recruitment to personnel administration to departure
  • Managing and developing employees in the HR department
  • Overall responsibility for smooth and timely payrolling as well as compliance with legal requirements regarding social security, taxes
  • Co-design of HR strategy, optimization of local HR processes and contact person for internal and external audits
  • Support for managers in personnel management and development, participation in training and feedback processes
  • Leading personnel recruitment in cooperation with the specialist departments as well as designing and managing the on-boarding process
  • Supporting managers in employee management and development, participation in training and feedback processes
  • Coordination of vocational training and promotion of young talent in collaboration with vocational trainers and vocational schools
  • Implementation of local employer branding measures and positioning of the location as an attractive employer
 
Your profile
  • Federal HR certificate or similar training and/or further training
  • Several years of experience in HR management, sound knowledge of HR processes and labor law principles
  • Experience in operational and strategic HR business, as well as in recruitment
  • Several years of experience in the independent implementation of payrolling including payroll accounting, withholding tax and social insurance (CH)
  • Management experience as part of a smaller team
  • Experience in the coordination of vocational training and cooperation with external partners
  • Strong communicator, pragmatic, assertive - with a flair for people and processes
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
