Head Packaging Production (m/f/d), 100%
Your area of responsibility
Technical and disciplinary management of the packaging department with 70 employees (incl. approx. 20 temporary employees) in 3-shift operation
Implementation of the production plan in accordance with GMP and customer specifications (MBR) in terms of time, quality and quantity
Plan, lead and manage (GMP compliance) the entire production staff including the technical team for the implementation of the production plan
Overall personnel management of the production team from recruitment to development and departure
Organizational management of the (senior) technicians assigned to the production shifts
Initiation and implementation of MBR optimizations in consultation with QA and/or Manufacturing Operations
Implementing the divisional strategy in line with the corporate strategy in order to achieve the targets in his own area of responsibility
Your profile
Degree in pharmacy, chemistry, engineering or equivalent training with further training in the pharmaceutical sector
Several years of management experience in packaging/packaging, ideally in the pharmaceutical or food environment
Sound understanding of packaging technology and pharmaceutical/technical processes
Entrepreneurial orientation at management level and strong leadership and communication skills
Customer-oriented, analytical and solution-oriented way of working with organizational skills
Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage
Good IT user skills (Office, ERP, production planning)
