You actively support the entire recruiting process - from job advertisement to successful placement
Together with the team, you develop modern sourcing strategies using digital tools, platforms and AI-supported solutions
You identify and approach suitable talents
You conduct initial interviews and develop a feel for potential and cultural fit
You create high-quality candidate dossiers, job advertisements and support the design of innovative recruiting formats (e.g. job videos)
You will work closely with our consultants to fill vacancies in a targeted and high-quality manner
You support the optimization of the candidate journey and contribute your own ideas to improve our processes
You build up your own network step by step and learn how sustainable talent relationship management works
And: As your experience grows, you will take on increasing responsibility for your own recruiting projects
Your profile
Degree (Bachelor/Master) in economics, business psychology or similar
You are communicative, open and enjoy approaching people
Team player with a structured and reliable way of working
Very good knowledge of German and English
You are motivated, full of drive and want to learn new things - we will teach you everything else
