Sales and growth responsibility for assigned customers
Specifying sample preparation workflows and solutions based on the CTC product portfolio in dialog with customers
Conducting contract negotiations with defined conditions
Regular reporting to the VP Global Key Account Management
Conduct market analysis and search for new opportunities and possibilities to sustainably increase sales and revenue of products and solutions.
Regular visits to OEM customers and end customers to get an up-to-date picture of the market and customer satisfaction.

Your profile
Scientific studies with practical experience in sample preparation and GC-MS
Several years of experience in selling technically demanding products and projects to OEM customers, ideally in laboratory automation
Higher additional education in sales or higher education in business administration
Good market knowledge of gas chromatography, mass spectrometry or biological sample preparation
You have a good overview of the most important trends in these markets
Good networking in the laboratory automation market
High flexibility and willingness to travel with a focus on Central Europe (approx. 30 - 50 %)
Convincing appearance, negotiating skills and closing power
Independent, integer, resilient and goal-oriented
Proficient in German and English (written and oral)
Good team player who drives decisions.
