Your area of responsibility
  • Responsibility for turnover, sales and profitability in selected international markets
  • Establishment and further development of sales structures and partnerships and development of new (digital) sales channels
  • Development of country-specific sales strategies including pricing, product selection and promotion
  • Implementation of global marketing and branding strategies at local level with the national companies and distributors
  • Market and competition analyses to identify growth potential
  • Close cooperation with marketing, supply chain, finance and quality assurance
  • Managing international projects, e.g. product launches or market access in new markets


Your profile
  • Degree in Business Administration, Swiss Federal Diploma in Sales Management or International Business
  • Several years of experience in international sales of products in the OTC/FMCG/healthcare sector
  • Experience in opening up new markets and establishing digital sales channels (ideally mail-order pharmacies, Amazon, etc.)
  • High level of personal responsibility, hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Business fluent in German and English (other languages an advantage)
  • Intercultural competence, strong communication skills and willingness to travel within 30 to 40 %
  • Analytical thinking paired with operational implementation strength
