Diakonische Stadtarbeit Elim is an established organization in Basel's addiction support sector and offers comprehensive socio-educational support for people with addictions in a low-threshold setting. It provides inpatient care in the Haus Elim and Elim Care facilities, whereby Elim Care is supplemented by an internal Spitex service and offers outpatient residential support. To complement and ensure a holistic approach to care, Elim is also involved in helping marginalized people - supported by donations and voluntary work: with street work, a café for the homeless and services for people with a migration background.
Due to an upcoming retirement, the management is being reorganized. We are looking for a person who will lead the organization with passion and vision, drive sustainable developments and actively live the values of Diakonische Stadtarbeit Elim. Place of work: Basel
