Order Management & Global Shipping Specialist 100%

Your area of responsibility
  • Processing national and international customer orders from entry in the ERP system to invoicing
  • Preparation of shipping, customs and freight documents for the global movement of goods
  • Correspondence with international customers and coordination of transport service providers and internal departments
  • Monitoring of delivery deadlines, communication in the event of deviations
  • Management and updating of customer data, price lists and conditions
  • Planning and monitoring of domestic and international shipments via land and air freight
  • Formal and substantive checking of incoming transport invoices
  • Processing returns, complaints and complex special orders

Your profile
  • Completed basic commercial training (KV or commercial diploma)
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English (level C1)
  • Confident user of MS Office and good ERP knowledge / customs clearance software
  • Sound experience in the export business and familiarity with customs formalities are an advantage
  • High degree of structure, independence and precision
  • Initial experience in team coordination or the ambition to take on management responsibility in the medium term
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and teamwork in a dynamic market environment
