Posting of jobs and maintenance of job platforms
Screening of social media channels such as Linkedin, Xing etc. and identification of suitable candidates
Conducting telephone interviews and selecting suitable candidates
Creation of candidate dossiers, job advertisements and job videos
Maintenance of databases and documentation of recruitment processes
Participation in interviews and customer visits
In the further course, assumption of the management of own recruitment projects possible
Your profile
Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, business psychology or similar.
Strong communicator and enjoys meeting new people
You like to work in a team and love a structured way of working
Fluent German and English
