Management of the production department with five modern, fully automated 4- and 5-axis CNC machining centers.
You will be responsible for CAM programming, including support with Siemens NX, and will play a central role in the further development of the CAM system.
Management, organization and technical supervision of a team of 13 employees.
Ensuring the timely and high-quality processing of small series orders.
Monitoring, control and continuous optimization of production processes.
Coordination of maintenance and servicing work on the production facilities.
Conducting store floor meetings and active participation in manufacturing and production projects.
Your profile
Completed training in mechanical engineering and further training as an industrial foreman, technician HF or comparable qualification.
At least three years' experience in a comparable management role and sound knowledge of CNC manufacturing.
Comprehensive CAM experience is essential.
Experience in lean management and the implementation of process improvements.
Structured, solution-oriented approach and networked thinking.
