Cost, deadline and quality controls
Calculation of offers and monitoring of orders through to invoicing
Developing solutions in the event of deviations

Your profile
Training in the construction/ancillary construction industry with appropriate further training, e.g. technical clerk or a higher technical college, specific specialist knowledge in structural fire protection is an advantage
Experience with complex project management tasks and in the management/supervision of construction projects
Management experience with social competence
Independent working style with a high sense of responsibility
Entrepreneurial thinking and action
Innovative doer type with a winning demeanor and customer-friendly manners
