Management of building construction projects as client representative with responsibility for results
Management and coordination of all phases of project execution
Commissioning and managing external, interdisciplinary planning teams
Development of sustainable real estate, both new buildings and existing properties of varying size and complexity
Monitoring and ensuring costs, deadlines and quality
Responsibility for approvals and tenders
Implementation of construction reporting, construction cost control, construction documentation and similar tasks
Your profile
Completed studies in architecture or civil engineering at an ETH/Uni/FH
Several years of professional experience, including management activities, as a project manager
Specialist knowledge in project management for clients and in the field of sustainable construction
Competence in dealing with digital construction technologies
Ability to think holistically and networked and to act in a solution-oriented manner
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
