Your area of responsibility
  • Contact person for quality related issues within internal and external projects.
  • Processing of complaints, deviations, CAPAs and GMP documents
  • Project management for root cause analyses (8D reports) with interdisciplinary project teams
  • Creating reports for external customers and management (KPI reporting)
  • Collaboration in laboratory tests and analysis of batch records as part of complaints processing
  • Initiating and coordinating CAPAs and revising SOPs

Your profile
  • Completed studies (Uni, FH) in chemistry, pharmacy or similar 
  • Experience in quality assurance within a chemical/pharmaceutical environment, ideally in complaint management and CAPAs
  • Sound GMP know-how
  • Structured and independent personality with accurate and reliable way of working
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English
