Developing and implementing active sourcing strategies to fill open positions with our clients
Independent sourcing and approaching of potential candidates via LinkedIn, websites, databases, etc.
Creating personalized videos with modern tools
Conduct telephone interviews with candidates
Development and maintenance of the database and applicant administration
Close cooperation with our consultants to analyze requirements and create job advertisements
Creating content (articles, posts, videos, etc.)
Carrying out marketing activities online and offline
Your profile
Completed commercial apprenticeship or HF/FH degree in business administration
Experience in the recruitment and direct approach of candidates
Good knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and active sourcing via social media channels
High affinity for social media, content creation and great interest in AI topics
Very good communication skills in German and English
Structured, independent way of working, hands-on mentality and team player mentality
Creativity, agility and willingness to discover and test new things
