Your area of responsibility
Technical and personnel management of development and quality control with several employees
Development of pharmaceutical products in collaboration with galenic development.
Development of specifications for pharmaceutical product materials.
Collaboration on validation plans and their implementation
Assistance in the development and testing of medical devices.
Monitor test and measuring equipment control in a team
Management of development and innovation projects, including feasibility studies and formulation development
Accompanying sample productions in the test laboratory in close cooperation with the team
Release of raw materials, packaging materials and intermediate and end products in collaboration with the team
Coordination and monitoring of deviations, change control and OOS cases
Optimization of workflows, processes and structures, and test specifications as well as employee training
Responsibility for stability tests and continuous quality control
Your profile
Training or studies in the pharmaceutical field / pharmaceutical technology
Sound experience in the development of high-quality products (pharmaceuticals, NEMS, medical devices)
At least 3 years of management experience in a comparable environment
Experience in project management and coordination of development and innovation projects Good communication skills, assertiveness and decisiveness
Initial experience in quality control in the food & GMP environment is desirable.
Structured and analytical way of working, ability to prioritize tasks
Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills
Proactive, pragmatic and independent way of working
Ability to motivate, guide and continuously develop employees
