Your area of responsibility
Operational implementation of the conversion projects as well as monitoring and controlling the complete construction work
Creating tenders and carrying out submissions, organizing and coordinating the work of the companies involved
Ensuring compliance with all site-specific regulations/standards as well as quality, deadlines, cost-effectiveness and safety
Project-specific problem identification and risk optimization
Contact for authorities, suppliers, construction site employees
Close cooperation and communication with the management/project management regarding progress, risks, budget, etc.
Your profile
Higher technical training, e.g. as a qualified technician HF construction planning or corresponding studies in architecture and construction as well as several years of experience as a site manager in building construction
Sound specialist knowledge with an understanding of architectural concepts and interrelationships, conversion and renovation projects are an advantage
Good knowledge of Swiss building laws/standards
Confident and competent dealings with entrepreneurs and authorities
Independent organizational talent with solution-oriented, far-sighted and entrepreneurial thinking and action
Place of residence: Preferably ZH / AG / SO with the willingness to ensure on-site presence on the construction sites
