Civil Engineering Site Manager with option to become a member of the Executive Board
Your area of responsibility
Independent management and execution of civil engineering and road construction projects as well as pipeline construction
Responsibility for quotations (calculation, submissions, preparation and follow-up of quotations)
Responsibility for deadlines, costs and quality for the projects during the entire construction phase
Coordination and management of employees and subcontractors as well as planning of machines and materials
Active customer acquisition in the regional market
Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships and contact person for clients, engineers, authorities and suppliers
Conducting construction meetings and negotiations with clients and partners
Compliance with safety regulations, norms and environmental and quality standards
Co-responsible for the strategic development of the company and support in operational management
Your profile
Completed training in civil engineering, construction engineering or comparable qualification, preferably with further training as a site manager HFP
Several years of experience in civil engineering, road construction and pipeline construction
Confident in planning, quotations, calculations and project controlling
Experience in customer acquisition and care as well as enjoyment of direct contact with clients and authorities
Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in leadership and management tasks
Experienced in the use of construction software and common MS Office applications
High sense of responsibility for quality, deadlines and applicable standards and regulations (SIA, SUVA)
