Team leader for real estate accounting
Your area of responsibility
Technical and personnel responsibility for the property accounting team (2-3 people)
Independent management of the assigned property accounts for a portfolio of rental properties and condominiums
Ensuring accounts receivable and accounts payable management incl. dunning process
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as heating and ancillary cost statements
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines as well as quality standards
Key user function for the ERP system Aba Immo, ensuring optimal use and continuous optimization of accounting processes and procedures
Contact person for internal and external stakeholders in accounting matters
Your profile
Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in finance and accounting (specialist certificate) or in real estate management
Several years of professional experience in real estate accounting with financial statement security (individual financial statements)
Very good ERP knowledge, ideally Aba Immo as well as a strong IT affinity and understanding of system processes
High accuracy and reliability
Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
High social competence, assertiveness and ability to work in a team
Initial management experience or a strong interest in taking on management responsibility
