The recommendation is made in advance by e-mail and must be comprehensible to Batterman Consulting. With your recommendation, you confirm that you are authorized to pass on the relevant business contact details and that the recommended person or company may expect to be contacted for business purposes.
If, as a result of your recommendation, a paid personnel search contract is concluded between Batterman Consulting and the recommended company and this is successfully completed, you will receive a referral credit in the amount of:
A search assignment shall be deemed to have been successfully completed as soon as the agreed service has been provided in full and the corresponding remuneration has been received by Batterman Consulting.
Your referral credit is granted as bonus credit and can be used for future personnel search assignments with the services «Platinum Search» or «Platinum Search Premium» can be used.

Your referral credit is valid from the date of issue Valid for 12 months. This gives you enough time to use it for a suitable future search order. After this period has expired, the credit expires without replacement.
So that we can correctly allocate your referral credit, proof of the original referral is required, for example by means of the corresponding referral email or equivalent proof.
This program is based on trust and fairness. Batterman Consulting reserves the right not to grant referral credits or to cancel credits already granted in the event of suspected abusive, fraudulent or illegal use.
Batterman Consulting may adjust or terminate the referral program at any time. Referral credits already issued will of course remain valid until the expiry of their respective validity period, subject to clause 6.
To the extent permitted by law, any liability in connection with this referral program is excluded.
Any tax treatment of the referral credit is the responsibility of the person or company receiving it.
This referral program is governed exclusively by Swiss substantive law. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Batterman Consulting.
Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by law. There is no legal entitlement to participate in the program or to receive a referral credit.
