Your area of responsibility
Advice and support for employees and management in all operational HR processes
Support in the recruitment of new employees
Assistance in the creation and implementation of the HR strategy
Ensure operational and administrative processes and guarantee a professionally functioning HR department
Your profile
Federal HR certificate or equivalent training or further education
Several years of experience in HR management, sound knowledge of HR processes and labor law principles
Recruitment experience
Smart hands-on quality and tact to pick up needs and act in a solution-oriented manner
Adept at using modern technology, social media and HR tools
German mother tongue with very good English skills
