I have enjoyed working at Batterman Consulting since 1982. In my role as CEO and owner - also in connection with other companies - I have always felt most at home at Batterman Consulting in terms of the employees, the corporate culture and the cooperation.

In my role as a consultant, my work gives me deep insights behind the scenes of our customers' products, which we encounter everywhere in our daily lives - an aspect that always fascinates me. I also have a lot of creative freedom to actively contribute to the further development of the company.

Since 2023, as a member of the Executive Board, I have had the opportunity to influence this development even more directly. Together with a highly motivated team, we manage to advance the development of clients and candidates - this never ceases to inspire me
