A business-critical position was successfully filled through targeted direct outreach.
Carlos Mora
Chief Scientific Officer, Co-Founder, hemotune AG
After many rewarding years in the operational management of our TBB Switzerland Foundation, I am now stepping back from day-to-day business. In my new role as President of the Board of Trustees, I look forward to continuing to support the foundation at a strategic level.
Such a significant transition requires careful planning and reliable partners. In this context, I would like to thank Batterman Consulting for their professional, targeted recruitment, support and guidance. Batterman Consulting understood how to fill the new management levels and prepare them for the takeover. The collaboration was strategic, structured and characterized by a keen sense of our values. I can recommend André Batterman with conviction.
With Patrick Ulmann (CEO), a familiar and committed personality is taking over the reins. I am convinced that he will continue to lead the TBB Switzerland Foundation with great commitment.
