Monika Altermatt

GL / Senior Consultant

What makes my work special are the people behind it.

Personal interactions with clients and candidates have been a constant part of my daily work at Batterman Consulting for many years. Building trust, understanding individual needs, and supporting people on their journey are what make my work particularly rewarding to me.

At the same time, I really appreciate being part of a company that actively embraces innovation, openness, and modern thinking.
